About Us

FM Faith Riders unites motorcycle enthusiasts who share two passions: Jesus and the freedom of the open road. We’re more than a riding group—we’re a community of believers.

Each year, our signature Prayer Ride takes us from church to church across the Fargo-Moorhead region, where we stop to pray for local congregations, their pastors, and their impact on our community. Every mile is ridden with purpose. Every stop is an act of trust.

Ride. Pray. Ride

FM Faith Riders started with a simple idea in 2025. A handful of riders looking for a final ride of the season asked: What if we made our final ride a prayer ride from church to church?

That first ride was unpolished, unplanned, and unforgettable. We had no idea it would become an annual tradition that brings together riders from across the area and multiple churches. Sometimes the best things start with someone saying, “Let’s just try it and see what happens.”

The Annual FM Prayer Ride

Our flagship event happens once a year and brings together riders from across the region for a day of riding, prayer, and purpose.

What Makes It Special:

The FM Prayer Ride is a journey through our community, stopping at churches to pray for their ministries. At each stop, we gather as a group—riders from different churches, different backgrounds, united in prayer—and lift up the congregation, their pastor, and their impact on our city.

It’s not a rally. It’s not a parade. It’s a rolling prayer meeting on two wheels.

Safety

Riding with FM Faith Riders means riding responsibly. We take safety seriously because we believe honoring God includes protecting the lives He’s given us—and looking out for each other on the road. We ride safely because in doing so we honor Jesus and care for others, especially our families.

Our Safe Riding Practices:

  • Pre-Ride Briefings – Every group ride begins with a safety meeting covering the route, hand signals, and group riding protocols
  • Experienced Road Captains – Our rides are led by experienced riders who maintain safe speeds and appropriate group formations
  • Staggered Formation – We ride in a staggered formation to maximize visibility and provide escape routes
  • No Aggressive Riding – We ride close to the speed limit, with no lane splitting, weaving, or showboating
  • Gear – Helmets are strongly suggested. We strongly encourage protective jackets, gloves, and boots
  • Buddy System – Each rider is encouraged to ride with another for accountability and assistance if needed
  • Sweep Rider – A designated rider always brings up the rear to ensure no one is left behind
  • Weather Checks – Rides are postponed or cancelled in unsafe weather conditions
  • Right to Decline – Any rider should opt out of any ride or portion of a ride—no questions asked, no judgment. Ride within your skill and comfort level.

Riding together means we all get home safely.
